The next best thing
Last week, Prezi - the visual presentation tool that we at Mr.Prezident know and love - announced the public availability of Prezi Next; the latest and greatest presentation creation platform yet.
The innovative tool now has the capability to provide insights from Prezi's 85 million users. While we still love Prezi Classic, Prezi Next is bringing some definite upgrades to the table.
The storytelling component remains at the core of what Prezi is all about. The design and presenting interface is more intuitive. This will help users create the compelling presentations that A-range industries are calling out for. Education programs, nonprofits, businesses, media, and government can now work together on a single platform, in teams to progressively update and fine-tune all their presentations.
Our design team loves the fact that Prezi Next is built on the latest HTML5 tech. The stability has increased and the upgraded editor is easier and more efficient to use. The Smart Structure feature has improved the overall fluidity of the presentation and provides inspiration for possible narratives.
We are confident our clients will love Prezi Nexts’ upgraded presentation features as well. The conversational aspect of presenting has vastly been improved through a new dynamic, flexible format. Users can more easily navigate through a presentation and they can view the content that interests them, rather than having to skip irrelevant slides. The Zoom Reveal function is something both our designers and clients will be pleased with, as it allows presenters to tell their story and reveal information as they go. This allows for a cleaner look and adds a certain element of suspense and excitement to a presentation narrative.
The analytics feature is available to those who purchase the Premium package. This feature includes:
- Real-time view tracking: Users can see who is viewing their presentation and at what time.
- Real-time sharing: Users can see who is sharing their presentation, and with whom.
- Content Optimization: By providing data on view times for each part of their presentation, users can see which content is resonating with their audience and where they spend most of their time, and where they lose interest.
These insights will allow you to continually fine-tune your presentation in order to generate the desired call to action and key takeaways that come across.
