We began with an online workshop to strategize the meeting structure and storyline. We advised our client on defining the meeting agenda, dividing it into seven parts—some dedicated to presenting and others to interaction. With minimal initial input, we built the story from the ground up, using the client’s RFP as our foundation.

A creative concept helps embed values or key messages into the audience’s mind. After creating three concepts, we favored the theme of Future Growth. We visualized this concept with a tree growing from the foundation of a long-lasting, fruitful partnership—a tree that will continue to thrive in the years to come.

We wanted to avoid a 90-minute, one-dimensional presentation. Instead, we opted for a conversational, interactive approach. By adding interactivity to the PowerPoint, presenters could ask for audience feedback and let the audience decide the direction of the presentation, resulting in a true conversation.
