We partnered with New Balance to shape both the visual expression of the story and the strategic narrative – telling the story in a way that resonates: with clear messaging, captivating visuals and key take-aways the audience can apply in their own work.

The key takeaway from Zeynel Oruk’s (General Manager Digital EMEA - New Balance) talk was clear: never take success for granted. Don’t get comfortable. Keep reinventing yourself, and keep putting in the work – especially when things are going well. That’s how you stay relevant to tomorrow’s consumer.
This core strategy served as inspiration for the presentation's concept. Because when visualizing the mindset and attitude needed to keep improving, we pictured someone staying on the edge of their seat, never leaning back: 'Lean Forward'. A concept we applied in copy, design and motion – conveying the feeling of continuous movement throughout.

We started our collaboration with a co-creation workshop and strategic deep dive. We defined clear objectives and identified the key emotions and messages we wanted the audience to take away. This workshop lay the foundation on which we built the concept and storyline. This was complemented by meticulously developed brand guidelines and a cohesive visual direction that shaped the entire on-stage presentation.
